Byron is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Kensington, MD and graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. He attended the University of Richmond where he majored in Marketing, Finance and Spanish and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Sciences degree.

After college, Byron successfully combined his love of sports and marketing by working in the sales and marketing departments of three of his favorite local teams: the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards and Washington Redskins. He then moved on to work for Octagon Athlete Representation, one of the nation’s largest sports marketing firms. He represented the marketing interests for local athletes such as Washington Wizard Jerry Stackhouse, Washington Capital Jeff Halpern and Virginia Tech’s Michael Vick.

Byron made the leap from sports marketing to his second love, real estate, after he found himself repeatedly providing home-buying guidance to several friends and family members. He is now licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and prides himself in consistently offering his clients superior service and expertise. He has become a member of the “Million Dollar Club” and has garnered various personal professional accreditations such as:

Byron has set his standards high from the first day he decided to begin a career in real estate. He is constantly thinking of new ways to achieve his goals of revolutionizing the real estate process and changing the public’s perception of realtors. His previous sales and marketing experience has helped him easily understand how to incorporate new-age marketing techniques such as the “talking house” and toll-free IVR numbers to assist his clients on both the buying and selling side. Whether he’s doing research, staging a home, or hosting a weekend open house, Byron’s pride in professionalism and first-class customer service always ensures that he will get the job done.

In his free time, Byron enjoys participating in many sports such as basketball, hockey, skiing, and bicycling. You may recognize Byron’s voice as he can be heard in arenas and stadiums around the DC metro area as the public address announcer. He regularly announces games for George Washington University, George Mason University, the Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Mystics, and DC United. Byron is married to his wife Julie, who works for Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. They reside in Alexandria, VA.
